Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IGA Lead / Architect with 10+ years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management, with strong hands-on expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, implementation, integration, optimization, and governance of enterprise IGA solutions across complex customer environments. The role requires a combination of strong technical depth, architecture capability, solution ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead IGA engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint ISC / IdentityNow and Saviynt at minimum, with additional experience in other products such as RSA Governance & Lifecycle, One Identity, Microsoft EntraID, and should be comfortable working across the complete IGA lifecycle—from requirements and architecture through implementation, migration, production deployment, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

IGA Architecture & Solution Design

- Define and own scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable end-to-end IGA solution architectures for enterprise environments.
- Develop architecture and technical design documents, including HLD, LLD, End to End Requirement document, integration and deployment architecture.
- Define and document IGA integration methods for applications such as such as REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC/database integrations, SCIM 2.0, Webhooks, Cloud Event streaming, LDAP/Active Directory, Flat-file integrations, Web services, Native/vendor connectors, Custom integrations and rules.
- Define identity lifecycle architecture covering Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
- Design access request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, role management, and access review processes.
- Lead application discovery and technical assessment for IGA onboarding.





Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor IGA engineers and developers.
- Review technical designs, configurations, code, rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Establish development and implementation standards.
- Perform technical reviews and provide architectural guidance to project teams.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and act as the senior technical escalation point.
- IGA Consulting Assessment & Strategy
- Lead and execute end-to-end IAM/IGA maturity assessments, current-state discovery, and enterprise health checks.
- Evaluate existing IAM/IGA architectures, processes, policies, and operational models against industry frameworks and best practices.
- Perform detailed gap analyses across identity lifecycle management, Access Request/Approval flows, Segregation of Duties (SoD), role models, and privileged access boundaries.
- Develop strategic IAM/IGA transformational roadmaps and prioritized action plans aligned with client business goals.

Project & Stakeholder Management

- Participate in customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into technical IGA solutions.
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers and senior stakeholders.
- Support estimation, planning, solution proposals, and technical statements of work.
- Identify technical risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
- Provide technical input into proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
- Present architecture and solution recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

IGA platforms:

- Expert-level hands-on architectural and delivery experience in either SailPoint (IdentityIQ / ISC) or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC),



with strong working familiarity across the alternative platform such as One Identity / RSA Governance & Lifecycle / Microsoft EntraID

Core IGA:

- 10+ years of dedicated IAM/IGA experience.
- Strong understanding of IAM and IGA concepts, architectures, and enterprise implementation patterns.

- Database & Query – SQL, PL/SQL, directory data structures (LDAP/AD).
- Integration Standards – REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM 2.0, JSON, JDBC, and flat-file automation.

Education & Certifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
