Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure overall safety compliance across the DJ Medicity project/site.

- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.

- Implement PTW, JSA, PPE and protected work practices.

- Monitor construction, electrical, mechanical and contractor activities.

- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training and emergency drills.

- Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, fire and EHS requirements.

- Maintain safety records, reports, checklists and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate with engineering, construction, facility and contractor teams.

- Promote a strong safety culture across the campus.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 712 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, hospital, medical college or large institutional projects.

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Safety, Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety or relevant field.

- Strong practical knowledge of EHS/HSE, construction safety, risk assessment, PTW, fire safety and incident investigation.

- Experience in contractor and manpower safety management.

- Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.

- Candidates with NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS or equivalent safety certification will be preferred.
