PanchaKrishna Construction Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur and is looking for an experienced RMC Plant Operator to operate and monitor the batching plant and ensure smooth, safe and efficient production of concrete.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RMC batching plant operations , understand the complete batching process, and be able to coordinate effectively with the Quality, Dispatch, Maintenance and Plant Management teams .

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the RMC batching plant for daily production.
- Ensure accurate batching of cement, aggregates, sand, water and admixtures as per approved mix designs.
- Operate the plant control system and monitor batching parameters.
- Ensure timely production of concrete as per the dispatch schedule.
- Coordinate closely with the Quality Control and Dispatch teams .
- Monitor plant performance and identify operational issues.
- Maintain proper production, batching and operational records.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor material availability and inform the concerned team of any shortages.
- Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of the batching plant.
- Follow all plant safety and operational procedures.




- Minimise production downtime and ensure efficient plant utilisation.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and escalate major technical problems to the Plant In-Charge.
- Ensure smooth operation of the plant during peak production and multiple dispatches.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RMC/batching plant operations.
- Strong hands-on experience operating an RMC batching plant .
- Experience with automated/PLC-based batching systems will be preferred.
- Good understanding of RMC production and batching processes.
- Ability to read and follow approved mix designs and production instructions.
- Ability to coordinate with production, quality, dispatch and maintenance teams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Strong discipline towards safety, accuracy and production schedules.
- Candidates with experience in commercial RMC plants will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible and operationally solid and can independently manage the batching operation during day-to-day production. Prefarabally from or around Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Salary: ₹3–5 LPA, negotiable depending on experience and suitability.
