Biodeal Pharmaceutical Ltd. is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company engaged in contract manufacturing and serving domestic and international markets. We are looking for an experienced RM Purchase professional to manage the procurement of raw materials and support efficient supply-chain operations.

What youll do

- Manage end-to-end procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (RM) as per production and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, QC, R&D;, Stores and Finance teams for timely material availability.
- Identify, evaluate and coordinate with approved vendors for raw material procurement.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.




- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.
- Maintain proper procurement records, vendor documentation and MIS reports.

What were looking for

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, Management or a related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in RM Purchase/Procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / contract manufacturing / CDMO will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, vendor management and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
