Role & responsibilities
- Generate new life insurance business through customer acquisition and referrals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial goals and insurance requirements.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, premiums, and policy terms to customers.
- Generate leads through branch referrals, existing customers, calling, and other available sources.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up regularly to convert leads into business.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of leads.
- Coordinate with bank/branch staff, customers, and internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
