Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D BIM models using Revit Architecture.
- Assist in developing architectural drawings and documentation.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and details as per project requirements.
- Assist senior BIM Engineers/Architects in ongoing projects.
- Follow BIM standards, modelling guidelines, and project workflows.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve modelling and documentation issues.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of BIM models.

Requirements

- Bachelors/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Revit Architecture.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction fundamentals.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn BIM processes and industry standards.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
