Role Description The Retail Store Manager role at Mirza International Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Retail Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision, sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising to ensure an efficient and appealing retail environment. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of concerns and consistent service quality. The manager will monitor store performance,



implement retail loss prevention measures, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The position also involves coaching and training store team members, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with senior management to support business objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a superior in-store experience.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management experience, including supervising staff, managing inventory, overseeing merchandising, and meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to implement controls and minimize shrinkage.
- Relevant experience in retail, preferably in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle products.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Noida, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
- Robust organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
