Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghitroni, Delhi, responsible for delivering a welcoming, informed, and efficient customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable interior materials and décor options, and explaining product features, benefits, and pricing. The role involves guiding customers through the purchase process, managing orders and billing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The Retail Sales

Specialist will also maintain store displays, keep product information up to date,



and provide feedback on customer preferences to support merchandising and marketing efforts. This position requires consistent on-floor presence, professional conduct, and adherence to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with diverse customers and collaborate with colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales experience, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales in a store workplace.
- Candidates should possess practical Product Knowledge related to interior materials and décor, with the ability to explain features, usage, and care.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, focusing on problem-solving, responsiveness, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills is beneficial.
- Previous experience in home décor, interiors, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Design, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
