Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with customers in-store, presenting Aeronot’s fragrance collections, and providing product recommendations that align with customer preferences and needs.

The Retail Sales

Executive will handle point-of-sale activities, manage stock levels on the shop floor, and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.





Responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and promoting brand values and product features. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in promotional activities, and sharing customer feedback with the team to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Robust Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building abilities to create positive in-store experiences.
- Clear and confident Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members.
- Interest in fragrances, lifestyle, or luxury products and the ability to learn product details quickly.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory handling.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends and peak retail hours as needed.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
