- Design and implement a strategic sales plan for the store that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following upOn work results.
- Achieve growth and hit stores sales targets
- Present sales forecasts to the management team
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high qualified standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide daily reports to the Operations Head
