We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our growing retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service, recommending products, and helping manage day-to-day kiosk operations. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet and attend to shoppers, understand their needs, and deliver a welcoming shopping experience.
- Product Recommendation & Sales: Present product features and benefits effectively to assist customers in making informed purchases and achieve personal/kiosk sales targets.
- Kiosk Operations & Display: Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep product displays clean and organized, and assist with daily opening/closing procedures and billing.
- Inventory Management: Handle stock efficiently, participate in inventory counts, and ensure stock accuracy.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Communication:



Good spoken English and strong interpersonal/customer-handling skills.
- Sales Orientation: High interest in retail sales with a target-driven mindset.
- Operational Readiness: Basic understanding of stock and inventory management, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mall environment.
- Experience: Freshers with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are welcome; prior experience in retail sales is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 monthly take-home (higher starting pay considered for experienced candidates based on current CTC).
