Restaurant Manager – Jobs & Responsibilities

- Daily Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monitor sales performance, and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Attendance & Staff Management: Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, shift schedules, discipline, and overall workforce productivity.
- Petpooja Purchase Entry: Ensure all purchases, invoices, and stock-related entries are accurately recorded in Petpooja on a timely basis.
- Guest Relations: Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, engage with customers, collect feedback, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors for timely supplies, pricing, quality checks, payments, and resolving supply-related issues.
- Staff Training & Onboarding: Conduct proper onboarding for current employees and provide regular training on service standards, SOPs, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, prevent shortages and pilferage, and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
- Cash & Shift Closing:



Ensure accurate cash handling, payment reconciliation, EDC settlements, and proper completion of daily and shift closing procedures.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, personal hygiene, and operational SOPs.
- Food Cost Management: Monitor food costs, wastage, portion control, and inventory consumption to maintain profitability within targeted food cost levels.
- Complaint Handling: Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, identify the root cause, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Target-Oriented Sales: Drive sales growth through upselling, promotions, team motivation, and achieving monthly and outlet-specific sales targets.
- Reporting to Director of Operations: Provide regular updates on sales, operations, staffing, stock, food cost, customer feedback, and key operational challenges.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
