Job Overview

We are hiring a Restaurant In-Charge to manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and manage the outlet team.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock and wastage.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain daily operational and sales records.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure smooth outlet functioning.

Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in QSR/Restaurant operations.
- QSR experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
