We are looking for a Resort Supervisor to join our team and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operations of our heritage property.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily resort operations and ensure service standards are maintained
- Lead and coordinate housekeeping, F&B; and support staff
- Ensure guest check-in, check-out and overall guest experience are handled smoothly
- Handle guest requests, concerns and service recovery
- Conduct daily operational briefings and ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, inventory and property standards
- Coordinate with management and vendors for operational requirements
- Support the team in maintaining high guest satisfaction and online review standards

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in resort/hotel operations preferred




- Robust communication and guest-handling skills
- Good team leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations
- Candidates with experience in resorts, homestays are preferred
