Role Description The Reservation Manager role at Stazo is an on-site position based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily reservation operations, including managing bookings, updating reservation systems, and ensuring accurate and timely confirmations.

The Reservation

Manager coordinates with internal teams and external partners to optimize occupancy, handle special requests, and resolve booking-related issues. Day-to-day tasks include supervising reservation staff, monitoring customer inquiries, preparing reservation reports, and implementing procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.



The role also involves supporting sales initiatives related to reservations, maintaining service standards, and training team members on reservation processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in reservation management, including handling bookings, cancellations, modifications, and system updates.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience in sales activities related to reservations, such as upselling, cross-selling, and supporting revenue goals.
- Ability to train and guide team members on reservation procedures, systems, and service standards.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or software-enabled reservation environments.
