- Field & Fleet Operations: Oversee field executives responsible for machine replenishment, route planning, and adherence to SLA-bound refill schedules.
- Machine Uptime & Maintenance: Track IoT telemetry, schedule preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues swiftly to maximize asset uptime.
- Client & Site Relations: Coordinate with corporate clients, office facility teams, and commercial site managers to ensure smooth access and handle escalations.
- Team Handling: Lead, direct, and manage the field operations team for high efficiency and performance.
- Daily Operations & Audits:
Manage day-to-day hub activities and conduct thorough monthly cluster audits.
- Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, FMCG Distribution, Quick-Commerce, Retail Logistics, Retail Operations, or Vending Machine Operations.
- Core Skills: Team leadership, Inventory Management Systems (WMS), route planning, data analytics, and vendor management.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
