We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Research Development Engineer to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas of improvement and implement new solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test recent products and technologies.

- Design and develop prototypes and proof-of-concept projects to validate design concepts.

- Analyze data and results to inform product development decisions and optimize system performance.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports on research activities.





- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in research and development, with a focus on software engineering principles.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
