Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Research role in Wireless Communications based in Vijayawada Rural. The role involves conducting research in wireless communication systems, including simulation, modeling, and performance analysis of emerging technologies and protocols.

Responsibilities include designing and executing experiments, publishing results in reputable journals and conferences, and contributing to funded research projects. The role also includes collaborating with faculty and students, preparing research proposals, supporting laboratory activities, and participating in academic events and seminars.



The selected candidate is expected to maintain high research ethics and contribute to the university’s research profile in wireless communications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving in wireless communication research.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting findings, collaborating with teams, and engaging in academic discussions.
- Candidates should possess Internal Communications skills for coordinating with faculty, research staff, and students within the university.
- Candidates should possess Corporate Communications and Strategic Communications skills for drafting research summaries, project reports, and outreach materials.
- Postgraduate degree (e.g., M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc.) or Ph.D. in Electronics, Communications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on wireless communications.
- Experience with wireless communication standards, signal processing, network simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, NS-3), and related software is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated record of research publications, conference presentations, or relevant project work in wireless or communication systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a commitment to research integrity, continuous learning, and mentoring students.
