: Research Associate (Mechatronics)

About the Role

Join our R&D; team developing thermal management, cooling, heat-transfer and energy systems. The role covers design, simulation, electronics, sensors, controls and prototype development, from client concept to working prototype.

Joining Date: Immediately

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand client requirements and convert concepts into practical engineering solutions.
2. Mechanical design using SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar tools.
3. Perform thermal, fluid-flow and mechanical simulations.
4. Develop heat exchangers, cooling and thermal-management systems.
5. Work on thermal energy storage and heat-transfer systems.
6. Integrate electronics, sensors, actuators and data acquisition.
7. Develop monitoring, display and PID/closed-loop control systems.
8. Build, test and troubleshoot prototypes.
9. Coordinate with vendors for machining and fabrication.
10. Prepare CAD drawings, BOMs and technical reports.

Requirements
1. B.E./B.Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical, EEE, E&I; or related fields.
2. 0–1 year experience; freshers are welcome.
3. Knowledge of SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
4. Basic understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics.
5. Basic knowledge of electronics, sensors,



microcontrollers and control systems.
6. Strong interest in hands-on R&D; and prototyping.
7. Candidates from Vellore and Ranipet districts are preferred.

Compensation & Duration

Research Associate: Salary negotiable and as per industry standards + incentives based on successful project completion. Project Duration: 2 years (can be extended)

Intern: Internship is primarily unpaid, with performance-based consideration for an incentive/stipend upon successful completion of the internship
