- NewsX Nation is looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR compliance.
- This role is critical in supporting our full-time employees, interns, and mentors while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
- You will work closely with management, editorial teams, and internship coordinators to maintain a structured, people-first work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (joining, onboarding, confirmation, exit)
- Handle HR documentation, employee records, and HRMIS updates
- Coordinate onboarding for employees and interns
- Track attendance, leave, and work-from-home records
- Support payroll processing, stipend payouts, and reimbursements
- Coordinate with Internship Program Managers for batch onboarding
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
