Position description:

Reproductive Technologist / Trainee is responsible to perform all Andrology procedures, documentation & stock Management in the department

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist the department with the Andrology Lab activities
- Procedures – Perform various Andrology procedures
- Lab maintenance – TQMS implementation, equipment, cleanliness
- Documentation/updation – Cost sheets, ARTis, Andrology document control
- Stock management - Liquid nitrogen storage vessels etc.
- Support – TESA process, Embryologists (on need basis
- Follow up - Freeze / Thaw renewal

Additional Responsibilities:

- Media Handling
- Dish Preparation
- Document control of Embryology
- Embryology Audits
- Fertilization Checks / Embryology Quality Checks
