- Own renewal and retention across customer accounts, focusing on retention and expansion.
- Establish structured engagement through check-ins, health checks, and renewal conversations.
- Monitor account health to identify risks and ensure timely renewals.
- Build and execute renewal plans before contract expiration.

- Partner with Account Managers for at-risk accounts and smooth renewals.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate to pursue them.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance retention.
