Need of the job
- Candidate should have been involved in Wealth Management advisory - with High Networth Investors.
- Candidate should have prior experience in Finance - Must
- Experience in Real Estate is Bonus.
- Candidate should be savy with Financial Planning and Modelling.
- Candidate has interest in Real Estate as an investment class.
- Candidate should be adept in Cold Calling, Doing Initial Meetings, Generating Prospects and Making Presentations
- Candidate should have his prior connects with HNIs and NRIs and has serviced them in past.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 years' of Client relationship experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have his own transport - 2/4 wheeler
Compensation
- Upto Rs. 10 Lacs per annum
- Fixed Salary is upto Rs. 5 Lacs per annum, Rest is Performance basis Variable
