Role Description The Relationship Manager at Relax Bharat is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with individual and corporate clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and recommending appropriate products. Day-to-day responsibilities include client meetings, policy reviews, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, resolving client queries, and ensuring timely renewals.

The Relationship

Manager will maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.



The role may also involve supporting business development activities and participating in local marketing or networking initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts, financial products, or willingness to learn quickly with on-the-job training.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or client tracking systems).
- Ability to work in office in Indore, visit clients as needed, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory client service.
