Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Relationship

Manager will manage and grow customer relationships, act as a primary point of contact for policyholders, and ensure timely resolution of queries related to health insurance products, claims, renewals, and service issues. The role involves onboarding new customers, explaining product features and perks, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to support policy issuance and claim processes.

The Relationship

Manager will monitor customer satisfaction,



identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and support branch-level business targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing periodic reports, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management skills, including client servicing, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.
- Sales and business development capabilities, with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and meeting branch or individual targets in financial services or insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex health insurance concepts clearly and empathetically.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills, including proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting.
- Understanding of health insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high ethical and service standards.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, or other customer-facing roles in financial services is beneficial.
