Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students, professionals, and institutional partners. Day-to-day activities include counselling prospective clients on overseas education and healthcare career options, explaining program offerings, and guiding them through admissions, visa, and documentation processes.

The role involves managing follow-ups, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Relationship

Manager will conduct information sessions, participate in outreach activities, and provide regular updates and support to clients throughout their overseas education and migration journey. The position requires a client-focused approach, consistent communication, and the ability to meet targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including counselling, advisory communication, and the ability to build trust with diverse students and professionals.
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities, with experience handling documentation, application tracking, and CRM or database management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of regional languages (such as Malayalam or Hindi) is an advantage.
- Comfort with using digital tools, online platforms, and basic office software to manage communication and workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Education, Healthcare, or related fields; prior experience in overseas education, recruitment, or customer service is beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a target-oriented mindset while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, with flexibility to support events, seminars, and extended client interactions when needed.
