Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Karthikapally.

The Relationship

Manager will engage with prospective students and families, understand their academic goals, and provide tailored guidance on suitable countries, universities, and programs. The role involves managing end-to-end communication, coordinating counseling sessions, and ensuring a smooth application and admission process. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems, following up with leads, and building strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.





The Relationship

Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to support events, seminars, and marketing activities that promote Insperion’s services.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer service skills to support students and families effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and application timelines.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, CRM tools) and comfort working with student data and documentation.
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, client servicing, or education consulting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Karthikapally and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to providing non-discriminatory, student-centered guidance.
