Role Description The Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager role at Piramal Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Shahadara.
The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of retail and/or wholesale finance customers, including sourcing new clients, maintaining regular contact, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities include understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable loan or funding products, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams, and overseeing smooth end-to-end documentation and disbursal processes.
The Relationship
Manager/Senior Relationship Manager will monitor portfolio performance, manage collections where required, and address customer queries and concerns in a timely, professional manner. The position also requires adherence to compliance and risk management guidelines and participation in local marketing and business development initiatives to drive growth.
Qualifications
1. Graduate with minimum 1 year work experience Home loan/ Lap experience .
