Key Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Axis Bank customers by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable insurance solutions.

✔ Generate new business opportunities through cross-selling banking and life insurance products.

✔ Collaborate with branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

✔ Identify and convert opportunities for bancassurance products to drive business growth.

✔ Achieve monthly sales targets across Life Insurance, Banca, Direct Channel, and other assigned business parameters.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✅ Experience (1-3 years) in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, or Financial Services.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

✅ Strong sales orientation with a customer-first approach.

✅ Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
