Regional Manager – Operations is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across region, sites, and client locations within the assigned region. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, service quality, compliance, team productivity, and profitability while driving business growth and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Managemen

- Lead and manage operations across all assigned sites and branches within the region.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), operational KPIs, and company standards.
- Monitor site performance, productivity, manpower deployment, and service quality.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across locations.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Support contract renewals and business retention initiatives.

.Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Manager, Operations Managers, and site teams
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and optimize workforce utilization.

Financial Management

- Manage regional budgets, P&L; performance,



and cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor revenue, profitability, billing, collections, and operational expenses
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency

.Compliance and Governance

- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements
- Monitor compliance related to PF, ESI, minimum wages, statutory registers, licensing, and audits
- Ensure timely closure of internal and external audit observations

Business Growth Support

- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support current business acquisition.
- Participate in client presentations, transition planning, and mobilization of new sites
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within existing accounts

Reporting and MIS

- Prepare and present periodic operational reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of MIS reports.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in facility management, manpower services or related industries.
- Experience in managing multi-location operations and large workforce deployment.
