- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Pharma / Ophthalmology / Eye Care Sales
- Strong experience in handling sales teams and regional business operations
CTC: ₹6 Lakh – ₹7.5 Lakh per annum
(Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills and overall profile.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive regional sales operations
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Lead, guide and monitor the sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and key customers
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
