- Manage and oversee operations across multiple Gamezone locations, ensuring smooth and consistent business performance.

- Must have prior experience managing multiple stores/locations simultaneously, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or leisure.

- Drive operational efficiency, revenue, customer experience, and profitability across all assigned centres.

- Monitor centre-wise KPIs, sales targets, manpower productivity, customer feedback, and operational standards.

- Lead and mentor Centre Heads, Operations Managers, and other key operational teams.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, service quality, grooming, and company policies across locations.

- Conduct regular centre visits and audits to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and other departments for smooth execution of business initiatives.

- Plan manpower requirements,



staff deployment, training, and performance improvement across centres.

- Handle escalated customer complaints and operational challenges effectively.

- Drive current initiatives, promotions, events, and revenue-generating activities at centre level.

- Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance reviews to senior management.

- Candidate should have strong hospitality experience with excellent leadership, people management, and multi-location operations skills.

- Experience: 8–12 years, with significant experience in multi-unit operations.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
