Job Title: Regional Manager - Training

Company Name: Axis Max Life Insurance

The Regional Manager - Training will be responsible for overseeing the training and development programs across multiple branches within the region. This role involves assessing training needs, designing training modules, and implementing effective training strategies to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

The Regional

Manager will work closely with branch managers and the HR team to ensure a consistent training approach that aligns with the company's objectives and helps achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities include conducting training sessions, monitoring training effectiveness, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.



The role will also involve regular reporting on training progress and outcomes to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for sales staff across the region.
- Assess training needs through evaluations and feedback from managers and team members.
- Design engaging training materials and facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment in training goals and objectives.
- Coach and mentor branch trainers to build a strong training culture within the region.
- Prepare and present training reports to senior management.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
