Role Description The Regional Collections Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kota, responsible for overseeing and optimizing collections operations across the assigned region. This position manages and guides collections teams, sets performance targets, and monitors daily collection activities to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

The role involves analyzing portfolio performance, identifying risk trends, and implementing strategies to reduce delinquencies and non-performing assets.

The Regional Collections

Manager collaborates with branch staff and senior management, prepares regular reports, and ensures adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements,



and ethical collection practices. The role also includes training team members, resolving complex customer issues, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in collections, credit control, or recovery management within financial services, NBFCs, or banking.
- Strong people-management skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to analyze collection data, assess portfolio risk, and implement effective region-specific collection strategies.
- Solid understanding of lending products such as commercial vehicle loans, car loans, tractor loans, and secured business loans.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to collections and customer interactions in India.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex customer situations professionally.
- Comfort with using technology and digital tools for tracking collections activities and generating reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kota, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric approach, and commitment to fair and non-discriminatory collection practices.
