Role Description The Recruitment Manager (Consultancy) at CareerBloc is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client organizations. This includes understanding client hiring needs, defining role requirements, creating and posting job ads, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting initial screenings and interviews.

Manager will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and maintain strong communication with clients on hiring progress and market insights. The role also involves building and nurturing talent networks, improving recruitment strategies, and contributing to employer branding initiatives in partnership with the marketing team.

Manager will work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high-quality placements, candidate experience, and long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management within a consultancy or agency environment.




- Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, professional networking sites, and talent databases.
- Skills in client relationship management, including gathering requirements, advising on hiring strategies, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines, conduct market research on roles and industries, and identify high-potential candidates across diverse functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent both client and candidate interests fairly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple roles and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with marketing or employer branding teams to enhance job visibility, candidate engagement, and brand awareness is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience; prior experience in consulting or agency recruitment is highly beneficial.
