Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – External Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment delivery, manage key client accounts, and drive business growth through effective talent acquisition solutions. The role will involve team management, client handling, account management, end-to-end recruitment, and contract staffing.

Candidates with prior experience in Audit, Taxation, Finance, Accounting, or Qualified Services hiring will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Recruitment Delivery

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment and business targets.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and functions.
- Monitor team productivity, recruitment metrics, TAT, closures, and quality of hires.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet client requirements within timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

Client & Account Management

- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact for recruitment requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle client meetings, requirement discussions, candidate feedback, negotiations, and escalations.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and successful delivery against agreed SLAs.

Contract Staffing

- Manage end-to-end contract staffing requirements, including sourcing, screening, deployment, and coordination.




- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for onboarding and workforce requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of contract staffing positions and maintain healthy deployment pipelines.

Business & Process Management

- Track recruitment performance through key metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Identify new sourcing channels and market trends to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute towards acquiring and growing client accounts.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Audit & Taxation recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Experience in hiring for CA, Semi-Qualified CA, Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, and Professional Services roles will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in contract staffing / manpower solutions is preferred.
- Strong exposure to B2B client management and account handling.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with recruitment consulting, staffing, or RPO organizations.
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving recruitment targets.
- Strong client management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and market mapping.
- Target-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
