Role Summary

- Lead key IT workstreams with independent accountability, driving day-to-day technology operations, service reliability, controls, and timely issue resolution.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to prioritize requests, support implementation, and deliver practical IT solutions.
- This role is suited for professionals with 7-12 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, textiles, apparel, retail, or diversified enterprise environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,



or a related discipline is preferred; a postgraduate qualification or equivalent qualified certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in target industries and companies with large-scale, multi-business operations, complex IT environments, and strong governance practices will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned IT operations and service delivery activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to defined service expectations.
- Coordinate with business and functional stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize requests, and support effective implementation.
- Monitor system and application performance, identify recurring issues, and drive corrective actions to improve stability and user experience.
- Support IT governance, access controls, and compliance practices to maintain secure and controlled technology operations.
- Manage vendor and internal coordination for IT support activities, ensuring clear follow-up and closure on deliverables.
- Contribute to technology improvements, process standardization, and documentation to strengthen operational discipline.
- Support infrastructure and hosting-related activities, including Acron Servers and Azure hosting, in line with business needs.




- Prepare status updates, track action items, and escalate risks or dependencies in a timely manner.

Must-Have Skills
- 7-12 years of experience in Information Technology operations, support, or service delivery
- Stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- IT operations management and service delivery ownership
- Incident resolution and issue prioritization
