Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Consultant.

The Recruitment

Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on graduate and early-career talent.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand hiring needs, crafting role profiles, and advising on recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. The role involves maintaining talent pipelines, coordinating interview processes,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

The Recruitment

Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting, with the ability to advise clients on role requirements, talent markets, and recruitment strategy.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing, including structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and feedback delivery.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and qualified stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant experience in agency or in-house recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines is required.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
