Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to joining. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, candidate-handling, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to management.




- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable sourcing, screening, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment/CRM software.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,283.81 - ₹11,000.00 per month
