We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and support hiring requirements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct telephonic screening and initial candidate interviews.

- Understand candidate profiles and assess suitability against job requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and pipelines.

- Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback and status updates.

- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from screening to offer and closure.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.

- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
