We're looking for a HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Handle client communication and understand hiring priorities.
- Draft compelling job descriptions and job posts.
- Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients.
- Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment data.
- Stay updated with changing client requirements and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and client handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹34,500.00 per month
