We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Chennai office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is energetic, hands-on, confident in recruitment, and ready to take ownership of HR activities for a growing office.

LOCATION

Chennai

EXPERIENCE

3–5 years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, with some exposure to HR Generalist activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work directly with the Dubai-based hiring manager on end-to-end recruitment

Source candidates extensively through Naukri and other recruitment channels

Source, screen and shortlist candidates across different functions

Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline & recruitment database

Support basic HR administration for the Chennai office

Assist with onboarding, employee documentation and HR records

Coordinate routine HR/statutory requirements with the relevant teams





Gradually become the HR Point of Contact for the Chennai office

Has some HR Generalist / HR Operations exposure
