Our team uses direct candidate sourcing, research, and personalized outreach to connect North American companies with experienced professionals who may not be actively applying through traditional job boards.

The Opportunity

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Associates in Kerala to identify, approach, and qualify candidates for our North American clients.

This is a full time remote position with a fixed base salary plus commission. You will work closely with our recruitment team to source candidates for positions across the United States and Canada.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals. No previous recruitment experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn, communicate confidently with professionals, and build a career in international recruitment.

Because our clients and candidates are primarily located in North America, working hours will follow Canadian Eastern Time. Some flexibility may be required depending on candidate availability and recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates for positions across the United States and Canada
- Identify professionals through LinkedIn, recruitment databases, referrals, and direct research
- Contact passive candidates through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
- Introduce candidates to relevant job opportunities and assess their interest
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Evaluate candidate experience against client requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process




- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet sourcing and placement targets
- Develop an understanding of the North American construction and engineering job market

Compensation Base salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, plus commission.

Commission is performance based, with no fixed limit on earnings. Solid performers have the opportunity to earn ₹1,00,000 or more per month in total compensation based on successful placements.

The full commission structure and payment terms will be explained during the interview process.

Working Hours

This position follows Canadian Eastern Time because our clients and candidates are primarily located in North America.

Candidates should be comfortable working during Canadian business hours and adjusting their schedule when necessary to accommodate candidate calls and interviews.

The position is primarily remote. Team members may be required to visit the Kerala office a few times each year for training, meetings, or team activities.

Requirements

No previous recruitment experience is required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
