Role Description The Recruiter at Care First Global Pvt Ltd will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support the organization’s care-focused workforce needs. This full time, on-site role based in Surat involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The Recruiter will maintain job postings, manage applicant databases, and build talent pipelines for care and support roles.



The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, maintaining compliance with company policies, and promoting Care First Global’s values and employer brand in all recruitment interactions.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment-related digital tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
- Understanding of HR best practices, local labor regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
- Prior experience in recruiting for healthcare, caregiving, or service-oriented roles is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and collaborate effectively within a diverse, care-focused team.
