Role Description The Recruiter (Campus Hiring) will manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities for FACE Prep in a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying target colleges, building and maintaining relationships with campus stakeholders, and coordinating recruitment drives and placement-related events. The role involves screening candidate profiles, conducting initial assessments or interviews, and aligning shortlisted candidates with appropriate programs or opportunities.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to forecast hiring needs, prepare recruitment materials,



and ensure a smooth candidate experience. This position also requires maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking hiring metrics, and providing regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications

- Strong campus recruitment and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging college placement cells and student communities.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and basic interviewing techniques, with attention to detail in evaluating fit and potential.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct sessions, pre-placement talks, and group interactions.
- Organizational and coordination skills to plan and execute multiple campus drives, events, and hiring activities within timelines.
- Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for candidate tracking, data management, and reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or ATS tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build sustainable relationships with external partners and institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or placement coordination is an advantage.
- Interest in the tech education and skilling ecosystem, with a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
