Accadmix is a quick-growing EdTech company committed to bridging the gap between industry and education through job-oriented certification programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has prior experience hiring for EdTech roles and can help us build high-performing teams across Sales, Academics, Operations, Marketing, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Foundit, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Hire for roles including Business Development Associates (BDA), Academic Counsellors, Trainers, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Technical positions.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Build employer branding through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience in an EdTech company is mandatory.




- Experience hiring for Sales and Business Development roles will be preferred.
- Good understanding of recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
