What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualification:

- Any Degree from a recognized institution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Telugu
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude
- Ability to communicate confidently with patients and attend to their requirements

Experience
- Candidates with hospital reception/front-office experience are preferred.
- Experience in a dental hospital or dental clinic will be given preference.
- Candidates with previous dental hospital experience are requested to bring their experience certificates.
- Freshers are also welcome to attend the interview if they have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally attend to patients
- Manage reception and front-office activities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Handle patient enquiries over phone and in person
- Maintain patient records and basic documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff
- Assist patients with billing/payment-related queries
- Follow up with patients when required
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional reception area
- Ensure a positive patient experience from the moment they enter the hospital

Salary & Incentives ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives





Salary will depend on qualification, communication skills and previous experience.

Additional performance incentives will be provided based on individual performance and contribution.

IMPORTANT: 15-DAY OBSERVATION PERIOD

All selected candidates will undergo an initial 15-day observation period.

During this period, we will assess:
