We are looking for a friendly, confident, and responsible Receptionist to join our team at Revive Fitness.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist gym members and visitors.
- Handle front-desk operations and member enquiries.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries.
- Maintain member records and basic administrative work.
- Coordinate with trainers and management.
- Follow up with leads and potential members.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam.
- Customer-service oriented and presentable.
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness centre, reception, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
