We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager to recruit, mentor, and drive a high-performing team in Wakad, Pune. You will set targets, manage pipeline performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership Performance: lead, mentor, and manage agents to hit monthly/quarterly/annual targets

- Pipeline Deal Management: weekly reviews, monitor activity (calls, site visits, proposals), assist in closing complex deals

- Recruitment Onboarding: source, interview, and onboard top sales talent

- Training Mentorship: design training on sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and market trends

- Strategy Forecasting: partner with leadership to define strategies, quotas, and forecasts

- Compliance Quality Assurance:



ensure transactions and documentation adhere to legal and company policies

Requirements

- Proven track record in real estate sales with leadership/coaching experience

- Exceptional team-building, communication, and negotiation skills

- Solid pipeline management and forecasting ability

- Knowledge of Pune/PCMC market and RERA compliance
