Key Responsibilities:

- Property Marketing Collateral: brochures, feature sheets, flyers, floor plans, site maps, banners/hoardings

- Digital Social Assets: branded templates, social posts/reels, website banners, email newsletters, ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

- Brand Identity Pitch Decks: logos, color schemes, typography, listing decks

- Photo Visual Enhancement: retouching, color correction, sky replacement, decluttering for virtual tours

- Print Production: bleed, crop marks, CMYK, vendor coordination

- Brand Consistency: adhere to corporate and property-specific guidelines

Requirements





- 2+ years professional graphic design (real estate/architecture a strong plus)

- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva

- Robust editorial grid-based layout, typography, and photo manipulation skills

- Ability to take creative feedback from sales teams while maintaining design integrity

- Portfolio demonstrating print layouts, digital assets, branding, and architectural visuals
